$5 Friday: Hibiscus E2E

$5 Friday

As I’ve been preparing for a graduation next week, I’ve noticed a growing trend in the United States is the giving of Leis to High School and College Graduates to wear with their cap and gowns to graduation ceremonies.  In Hawaiian culture , leis are presented as people are coming or leaving, and are a symbol of affection. There are many beautiful flowers that can be put in a Lei, one of the most gorgeous being the Hibiscus! Therefore, our theme this week is centered around the Hawaiian culture, and the Hibiscus. This E2E has never before been in any club and is a must for all quilts!
